On September 30th, fans gathered for an exhilarating clash between Graham and Kenton Ridge at historic Dallas Stadium. The exciting game, which saw both teams battle back and forth, culminated in a Graham triumph over KR, 2-1.  

The first half set the tone for the match, showcasing both teams' determination and tactical plays, which led to a 0-0 tie at half and electric atmosphere. 

As the second half unfolded, Owen Powell emerged as a standout player, scoring the opening goal for Graham with a brilliant strike. His precise shot left the Kenton Ridge goalkeeper with no chance and sent the Graham supporters into a frenzy. Shortly after Powell’s goal, co-senior Breyton Reisinger found an opening in the defense and delivered a powerful shot that rocketed into the net. 

However, Kenton Ridge rallied and fought back, determined to score. Their efforts paid off when they netted a goal, making the score 2-1 and intensifying the competition. 

As the game progressed, Graham’s defense held firm against Kenton Ridge's late attempts to level the score, and the final whistle blew, confirming Graham's hard-fought victory. 

While Powell and Reisinger’s goals were a testament to great individual play, the game was also a testament to teamwork and skill, leaving fans eagerly anticipating their next match-up.  

Their next game is Saturday, October 12th at Greenon. Kick-off is at 1 p.m at Greenon.
